How do I choose the right level? Learning

Use the Quick Match tool on our home page or read each course’s competency outline in the catalog. If you’re new to knitting, start with the beginner track to build consistent tension and basic stitch fluency.

Do I need special tools? Learning

You only need yarn and needles appropriate for your project. We recommend a small toolkit: stitch markers, measuring tape, tapestry needle, and scissors. For advanced garment courses, circular needles are suggested but not mandatory.

Are there refunds? Billing

Yes, within 14 days if you haven’t completed more than 20% of a course. To request a refund, message support with your order email and the course name; we’ll confirm eligibility and process it to your original payment method.

Do I get a certificate? Learning

We provide a completion certificate you can share in your portfolio. Certificates are generated after you finish all modules and pass the final knowledge check (if included in your course).

Can I access content offline? Access

Each course includes printable summaries for offline reference. Videos require an internet connection, but patterns, checklists, and lesson notes can be downloaded for personal use.

How long do I have access to a course? Access

You get 12 months of access from purchase date. If you need more time, contact support and we’ll help you extend access based on your progress.

I can’t log in / I’m not receiving emails. What should I do? Technical

Check spam/junk and verify you’re using the same email as your purchase. If you still can’t access, use the “Contact support” button and include your order email plus the approximate purchase date. We typically respond within the time shown above.

Can I switch courses after purchase? Billing

If you purchased the wrong level, we can switch you to a different course within 7 days, as long as you haven’t progressed past the first modules. Contact support with your order details.
